“ If you are looking for TASTY food and friendly, accommodating people, this is the place! Tiny but mighty as the saying goes. The breakfast burrito was satisfying as well as yummy, automatically served with a whole wheat tortilla (excellent)! The mixed berry scone provided a terrific wake up to the taste buds. I can't wait to try a custom pizza! ”
“ Fantastic little diner and bakery. Breakfast sandwich was amazing. Huge serving worth every penny. ”
“ Kate's Cafe was recently bought by the daughter and is now just "The Cafe". Highly suggest! If you want a hearty sandwich on home made bread, any of the options on the menu will suit you. Special love for the herb-filled French dip broth (yes, I drank it like soup). ”
“ Oh my goodness where do I start! I was heading to Stagecoach and decided to stop in Oak Creek for lunch. I chose Kate's Cafe to dine at, and boy did I ever find a hidden gem. This little cafe in Oake Creek has the goods. They bake all of their bread and pastries fresh in house and my Turkey Avocado sandwich I had was probably the best Turkey Avocado sandwich ive ever had. The bread was tender and moist. The ingredients were very fresh and high quality and the flavors just melt in your mouth. I also had a slice of their bee sting Pie and wow that pie was full of wonderful flavors and textures. It had the softest pie crust ive had and it was a privilege to eat. Lets talk price. My sandwich was 11 , the pie ws 4, and my drink was 3 all before tax. All together great price for the quality of food prepared. When I came there was only 1 person working so it took some time to get my food, but its well worth the wait. If you are driving through Oak Creek stop by Kate's Cafe. ”
“ Great place to spot for a quick bit to eat. We stumbled across this as we got lost on the way from Steamboat to Denver but didn’t regret the detour one bit. Bud and Brittany were so sweet and we talked to them for a while. They make everything fresh every morning at 4am and therefore the baked goods were incredible. The coconut macaroons were awesome and the fresh baked breads were wonderful (I loved my garlic Parmesan bread and my friend described the sourdough as mind-altering). We had egg sandwiches which were great and the vibe in here is cozy and authentic. Definitely would recommend for a stop for something unique and freshly home-made. ”
“ Awesome place for breakfast or lunch! Owner bakes a variety of bread daily. Had a breakfast sandwich that was great. Don’t miss this hidden gem! ”
“ The best cozy coffee place in Oak Creek. ”
